At Rocky Mountain Paw Protection, we are committed to your satisfaction and the well-being of your beloved four-legged friend. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of our premium dog booties, we offer a straightforward 14-day return and exchange policy.

EXCHANGES + RETURNS

We offer (1) free exchange or return with each purchase of RMPP Dog Booties.

To exchange or request a refund, please return booties in their original packaging to:

Please include a note, with your order number, letting us know what size you'd like or if you'd like a refund. We recommend using a trackable and insured mail option as we are not responsible for lost return packages. 

Returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Please make sure boots are free from fur/lint, the neoprene shims are tucked back in, and they're in brand new, not-worn-outside condition.

We understand that it is necessary to try on the booties, but please make sure to do so inside. If the boots show signs of wear or are damaged they will not be eligible for a refund.
