Condition of the Product: The dog booties must be in their original, unused condition, and free from any signs of wear, dirt, or damage. We understand that trying the booties on your dog is necessary, but please ensure to do so indoors and on a clean surface to preserve their condition.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.
