Size Fit Guarantee

At Rocky Mountain Paw Protection, we know how frustrating it is to purchase dog booties that don't fit! Which is why we're committed to ensuring that your furry companion enjoys the perfect fit with our Size Fit Guarantee.

Our Size Fit Guarantee:

  1. Size Chart: Please be sure to watch our "How to Measure Your Pup's Paws" video and then use our Size Chart to select the best size for your dog. RMPP booties are now available as 2-packs to accommodate different size paws if needed. As stated on our size chart, RMPP boots are not yet available for small breed dogs (chihuahua's, yorki's, miniature poodle, etc.) so please don't order our XS size hoping they will fit. :)

  2. Expert Customer Support: If you have any doubts or questions about sizing, we are here to assist you. Feel free to reach out to us via email, phone, or live chat, and we'll provide personalized guidance to help you make the best choice for your pet.

  3. Free Exchange: In the event that you receive a pair of dog booties that do not fit your furry companion as expected, we offer a hassle-free exchange process. You can return the product to us within 14 days of purchase, and we will replace it with the correct size. Please see our Return/Exchange Policy for detailed instructions.

  4. Return Shipping: If you decide RMPP booties are not for you, simply ship them back to us within 14 days of delivery and we will process your refund. We do not refund shipping fees.  Please consult our return policy for full details and instructions.

Conditions of the Size Fit Guarantee:

  1. The Size Fit Guarantee is applicable only to dog booties purchased directly from Rocky Mountain Paw Protection.

  2. The guarantee is valid for 14 days from delivery. Please make sure to initiate the exchange process within this timeframe by emailing us: woof@rockymountainpawprotection.com

  3. The dog booties MUST be returned in their original condition, free from any signs of wear, dirt, damage, and fur. For this reason, we recommend trying the dog booties on inside for the first time.

  4. The Size Fit Guarantee is limited to one exchange per purchase.

  5. Our Size Fit Guarantee does not cover the cost of returns - one exchange only.

At Rocky Mountain Paw Protection, our top priority is your pet's happiness and well-being. We strive to make every outdoor adventure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Rest assured that with our Size Fit Guarantee and exceptional customer service, you and your canine companion are in safe hands.

If you need any assistance or have questions about our products, sizing, or the guarantee, please don't hesitate to contact us!

Note: Please ensure to review our size chart and measure your dog's paws carefully before placing an order to minimize the likelihood of sizing issues.
